"The story took me captive, then led me to a surprise ending! I was flabbergasted but satisfied.

I liked the characters enough to keep turning the pages to see what happens next. The author did his homework. He knew military jargon and educated me a little on something else relevant to today's news — oops! I won't give away the story; you'll have to read the whole thing for yourself. But I learned some interesting things about another relevant culture. This story would make a nice movie--I think."--Paul Coffey
